I arrived exhausted and under tight timelines on 21 Sept to get an internal room at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the food was good, but there was a lot of noise, maybe from the air-conditioning.
The hotel offers pretty comfortable rooms but lacked a balcony for fresh air and had limited charging points. Dining options could be improved for Muslim patrons. The service staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The location is good for entertainment and shopping but far from the town center.
The hotel was a bit tight for us and didn't have any closets. Additionally, my friend had to shower in a different room, and cleanliness was an issue during our stay. Despite these drawbacks, the service was good with professional and friendly staff. The location was excellent, close to a major mall, but a bit far from the town center. The dining experience was okay, but lacked variety especially for kids. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel room was big enough for us since we were sharing, but the cleanliness was disappointing. The view from the 1st floor was not the best, adjacent to where cleaners store their equipment. We still made it work with what we had.
